I figured something out yesterday. Something fantastic.

Also figured out that when I tell my brain to tell my arm to lift, it does it.

Same thing when I tell it to study.

Or learn.

Or change thought processes.

Or take my ass out for a run.

Or learn to watch for people trying to change lanes.
