Back online!!!
My god, time for an update. So, first off, I got both a promotion and a transfer little over a week ago. This means more hours, more $$ / hour, and no more having to deal with Twat I. It also means dealing with Soon-to-be-Fired Rude-girl, or SFRG for short.
Dad got a new laptop, so his old one is now my computer, so I've had to go through, update a bunch of software etc. . . to get it somewhat working again.
Will be going to FL soon with Bathsheba, to meet with Theo-chan and Mad-maggie (& hubby). Cannot wait! But! work and nails and waxing and meeting with other person first.
Praying OPM calls me soon. Promotion notwithstanding, I'd really like a (*gasp!*) desk job. I aced my first accounting quiz. I mighta passed my business test last night. . .dunno though. Too much not coming back from the middle of accounting class. Will have to change study methods for next time. Anyway, finally got the final arrangements made for classwork and such when gone. Next up: email or call Bathsheba and make final travel arrangements!
Other news: Another new coworker is rather cool--was active Navy, worked on an aircraft carrier on airplanes, now is Reserves. She's prolly gonna me a senate intern soon, so I'll miss her.
Kristianpagan got a full-time job with the Jesuit Secondary Education Association--she's now an Executive Secretary and has her own @#$%#@ office with her own #@$%@$# window! Arg! I'm greener than the Lucky Charms leprechaun right now! Be gone with thee, Envy! And screw her door that closes!
Ohh, and Nyx will soon be returned to civilization!!! hoorah! I cannot wait to see her again!
But Most Importantly: My family got a new puppy! He is a 4 month old german shepherd doberman mix, and his name is Malcolm Reynolds. Points to who gets the reference. Aside from the fact that my paternal grandmother's maiden name was Reynolds. . .
