Which is to say, Tousan and I tried out for the Papal Mass Choir a bout 2 weeks ago (since Pope Ben 16 is visiting in April).
I got my acceptance email yesterday afternoon.
I then went over to my parent's for pizza last night. Dad greeted me with the following:
"So, kid, Danny Ocean wants to know: Are you in, or are you out?"
Not exactly sure what he was talking about, I still knew there was only one answer.
"For Danny Ocean, anything. Of course I'm in-- can I do demolitions?"
He chuckled, and then I continued. "What did I just agree to?"
He showed me his acceptance into the choir. Awesome! Tousan and I will be in the Choir together!
Five minutes later:
Me: "Wait, did Dad just call the Pope 'Danny Ocean?' Awesome. .. "

Oh, and I'll not be singing Soprano. Alto, this time. Tousan is, of course, Tenor.
