I finished NaNoWriMo!

I finished NaNoWriMo this year.  My final word count was 52,048.  Congratulations go out to your_friend  and mkwhite both of whom either completed or were on good pace to complete it this year (hopefully I'm not jinxing anyone).  I'm sure others did as well, but those are the two I know of.

It's entirely fine to go back and make something good, but you need to write the first draft. Get it out, even if it's shit, then go back. I've skipped paragraphs or chapters, even, just to go back and rewrite them later. It helps with the flow, first off, but you become a great editor, more importantly, and learn how to read your work as if it were someone else's.

I disagree with this entirely...

...and by saying so it does, in fact, imply that I believe you are accredited, yet I will still not pay you either $20k or $30k. I'm good like that.
