I want everyone in the lobby by 12 PM tomorrow, March 24, 2010. Gather blankets and pillows-whatever you see fit, you must be reasonable. We will have a checklist of everyone who has moved to the lobby, if you are not there by Noon we will send someone to find you. If need be we will make room for people on the first floor. Everyone? I know this is difficult to ask, but it's for our survival.
Now I realize it is unfair for those of you who want to help to be standing around, so I'm giving you all the opportunity to do what you can.
Kids? [to his own kids] I'm going to need you to help out too.
Everyone who is helping Hermes with the service? Why don't you continue to do so, and anyone else who would like to help ask Hermes if you can help?
Any men would like to stand guard should report to Ares and Jason, women who would like to guard report to Artemis and Orion. We can work in shifts, that way everyone remains safe and rested.
Bia, Adrestia, Theseus, Ariadne, Achilles, and Patroclus, Triton and Odysseus. I need you eight to form four teams of people for supply runs, food, water, toiletries--whatever we need. I trust your judgement. Anyone wishing to help with supply runs report to these people for your assigned teams.
Believe me, I realize this is a lot to ask, but once you all arrive at noon everything will be more organized, you'll see.
Hades? I want Ganymede and Lethe to assist us in rounding up who ever decides not to come. You too Chrysothemis--you'll be with me.
