*wishes once again for the "Roof Pirate" icon*
What I did yesterday:

linaelynFramed in wall for new door
Ran to Home Depot for supplies
Ate lunch
Bolted new framing to the foundation
Installed new door (not as easy as it sounds since it was NOT a pre-hung door)
Tacked building paper and/or waterproofing door over exterior of project area (minus door)
Installed plywood sheathing
Ran to Home Depot for supplies
Installed stop moulding around door
Patched concrete where it had been damaged by door removal
Installed new threshold for door
Cleaned up tools around 8:15 pm
Ate dinner
Ran to Smart & Final to get food items for Lehi's 12th birthday, also picked up tiles from acquaintance who cut them for me (these are to replace broken tiles on the kitchen counter--I still have a few holes where they belong)
finally showered
Went to bed and slept for 9 hours straight
I am still a bit achy AND my right arm feels like it's fallen asleep--evidently the carpal tunnel I developed while working on the roof has decided to return. Clearly I won't be up to installing drywall on the inside today!
*Not safety glass. And only 6' high thanks to low ceiling in family room, which is not fun for my 6'1" son.
