I'm not sure who to complain at most in this thread.
Martin and Gemma - you come from Lowestoft and you call us Grannies.

I've met Martin's mother.
Now if he produces some kind of mutant offspring from yeast or something for a phd, does that make her a grandmother?

As a fellow zoology graduate, I would hope you'd be aware of the need fr some kind of genetic link for individuals to be related....? :s

I was thinking that perhaps he had used his own DNA in the recombination.
You know - to try and make yeast that would also support Arsenal or something.
Given the average intelligence of an Arsenal supporter (present company excluded of course), yeast would probably be a step up.
