Whoa! Has it been forever, or what? I feel kind of bad that I haven't posted anything up here in so long, guess I've just been really busy.
Well the semester's winding down to a close here in a couple more weeks, and everybody up here is glad about that one. I, personally, am excited because once 2 weeks passes from now I'll be on my way to China for 3 weeks! That's right, China! I'll be flying over with Jiuzhu, and then staying with her and/or Fangzhou while I'm there. I plan on getting gifts for people while I'm there, but probably nothing super fancy. I can't wait!
Today's so beautiful, and great timing for Spring Fling. Everybody's outside checking out the different student organizations on campus and the weather is gorgeous. I think I can say this time without doubt that it'll stay like this for a while (sorry for lying last time... stupid Michigan deciding to snow in April). So I took a stroll outside for a bit, just walking around getting some exercise and checking things out.
Only one more week of work for about 5 weeks. I'll take finals week off, as well as the 3 weeks in China, then the week after I get back. That should allow for me to get over the jet lag and whatnot, as well as just relax and hang out with some friends before I start working 40 hour weeks. I look forward to working in Grand Rapids this summer... especially since it's not Walgreens and Sarah will be living in Grand Rapids. Should be a really fun time... at least I hope so. Most of my co-workers up here are jealous that I'll be down in Grand Rapids, so by that I think it should be a pretty OK job. All I know is that I'll be doing what I've been doing for 6 months now, I'll work more hours, and I'll still get paid well.
I would write something else here, but I fear somebody might find it. It's something pretty exciting, so if you think you know what it is, you're probably right.
Well, maybe I'll update a little more often before I head off to China, but we'll see. Hope everybody's having as great of weather as we are up here in the "unfrozen" north.
