Woo hoo, its almost the weekend! Jeremiah and I, and some other family members are going to the lights out at the zoo saturday night. I can show them how insanely cute the Gibbon and Colobus baby are.
I also have to get my last few gifts bought this weekend. I just wish we'd get even a little bit of snow. I'm so used to having snow for Christmas, and the high today is in the 50's. How sad is that?
Why is there so much fuss over calling the holiday, Christmas? Its always been known as Christmas, and now people get offended with it because it has christ in it. Whats next? Am I going to offend people because I wear a cross necklace? Its just getting ridiculous and out of hand. I do resect people's beliefs, but if it offends you, then just dont take part in it. Just like the dad who got upset his daughter had to say the pledge of allegiance, because it said "under God" in it. If you dont like it, dont take part in it.
I have found more happiness getting back into christianity.
Just being able to find that religious satisfaction again in my life again, has made a happier and better person.
