(no subject)
So some sad news to start off with. A female swamp monkey and her newborn passed away at the zoo:-( I guess they are saying she had a gastrointestinal (hope I spelled that right) problem, and that her newborn inherited it as well. Its sad, I'm going to go in there tomorrow and not see Maxine there anymore. She will be missed.
In other news, I am waiting to get a call back from a veterinarian hospital. I turned in the resume a few days ago. I called today to see if anybody had the chance to look over my resume yet, since they are hiring. A lady took my name and phone number and said she'd have her manager give me a call back.
I'm reading a book right now about the benefits of eating organic/natural food. Jeremiah and I are trying to eat more of that kind of food. We are exercising more, buying more environment friendly items, and changing what we eat. After reading some of this book, I cant believe how many chemicals are actually in the food we eat everyday. Its definitely an eye opener. I can lay off the mcdonalds easily....I just cant with subway (I think its the best sub place ever)
