Gaah.
I knew that I was nearing/in the 170s and I'm really not surprised that I've crawled up this high. Ugh. I'd actually like to make it back down to 143 but decided to set a slightly more relaxed goal for now. According to Weight Watchers my healthy weight is anywhere between 139-165.
I'm not stressed about this. I'm doing something about the problem now.
