Bulleted to save time, due to my crazed children.
*I finished my Medical Coding and Billing Certification. My average was a 96%. I was fairly excited. I also got it paid off, even more exciting.
*POH put on a hiring freeze. Which freezes my chances of employment.
*Troy Beaumont offered me a job in their records department for more money than POH; and it's two miles from my house, as opposed to Lake Orion. They are also on a hiring freeze, but once it is lifted the job is pretty much mine.
*Until employment occurs I will be a student once again at Oakland University finishing my nursing degree. Effective in January.
*My ankle is broken.
*We will be having an extended weekend up north. This week can't go fast enough. We haven't been a family unit since Richie started his job. Although, the money has been amazing. Even so, you reach a point where that just doesn't matter anymore. I can only take so many nights of bathing and putting the kids to bed and then watching movies alone, or cleaning. We'll be staying in Alpena on Friday. Going out to dinner together, taking the kids swimming, and hanging out just the four of us at the hotel. Then on Sunday we'll backtrack an hour and have our annual hayride through the woods with about 40 of my family members. A bonfire, chili, homemade cider, making cider. This is one of the weekends that I live for. We couldn't go last year due to our poverty. I cried the whole weekend. The rest of the weekend will consist of a sleepover at my cousins with his family, and just visiting with everyone. Then we'll come home and I'll suffer a deep depression.
