Time for a New Years resolution post
so.. a good friend has informed me that resolution is out and evolution is in... I really like the reframe so here are my evolutions for 2010.
* more LJ posts. I need to write down my thoughts and memories and this is a great medium for it. So expect more zonk posts moving forward,
* More music! This includes more DJing for friends and a goal of producing 1 electronic track by the end of the year. Its a lofty goal but it can be done. Also more jam sessions with friends. I really enjoy the creativity and improv of jamming so yes please... more of that.
* Continue my qi gong path. I am currently working on the torso/heart energetic center and I will continue to grow as I train on this level. Not sure if I will seal the level this year but I will work hard towards that goal.
* More spiritual/ceremonial gatherings with friends and my tribe. I can always use more of this in my life. So bring it on. If I have to make it happen I will
* more intimate smaller gatherings and dinners with friends
* deepening the relationships I am blessed to have.
* Plan another men's retreat. Its long over due.
* Take at least one vacation with Alissa.
* Deepen my relationship with spirit. Allow spirit to flow through me. Become a vessel.
* Buy an electric bass by the end of year.
* continue improving the home
* be the best damned god parent possible. Also be the best uncle possible.
