Characters: OOC!Mokuba, NPC!Kafele, NPC!Cop
Rating: PG
Setting: Bar; Sidewalk
Summary: Mokuba and Kafele go out to the bars in Kafele's new body. Things are all fun and tipsy until Kafele gets feeling really not well after his one glass. While they try and stumble to the car, Kafele ends up leaving the body just as a cop spots them. Mokuba is then arrested for public intoxication and murder. lol, that's why you don't drink kids!

"Okay, now this bar is one of my favorites," Mokuba said as he opened the door to lead Kafele inside, only slightly wobbly from the drinking at the previous bar. "We look too damn good to not show off. I really outdid myself on your clothes if I do say so myself."

Kafele had mastered walking well enough to keep up with Mokuba's strides. He couldn't believe he was actually in a human body... well, sort of. And the clothes - Kafele had to agree with Mokuba. They accentuated all the right features.

Mokuba walked right up to the bar and ordered a few drinks. "This is so weird. You're real now. Or again. Like I can touch you and it's not all imaginary."

"I like it when you touch me." Kafele grinned. "I'm still trying to work on the whole feeling touch thing, though. I think if I want it right, I'll just have to do the spells myself. Mahaado's got no clue."

"I can help you to figure that out all you want," Mokuba said. He grabbed one of his drinks and put an arm around Kafele. "To your new body!" He cheered before taking a drink.

"Now, watch it, okay? I don't want to have to be figuring out while you're slobbering on me. How many of these can you drink and still be good in bed?"

"I can drink as many as I want and still be good in bed. I'm never bad."

"Just don't start giving me slobbery kisses." Kafele warned. He watched Mokuba down the rest of the drink. He knew technically he didn't need to eat or drink anything in this form, but just watching him was certainly starting to simulate the feeling of hunger.

Mokuba gave him a playful push. "Oh shut up and have a drink. It'll help you loosen up."

"I dunno. I've only been out in this body for a few hours. What if it messes something up?"

"What's it gunna mess up?"

"I don't know."

"You'll never find out if you don't try," Mokuba said as he dangled a glass in front of Kafele. "And Mahaado can fix whatever might happen."

"Maybe later... I think I'd rather eat something first. You know, something Mahaado wouldn't use for poison training."

"Well okay then, more for me." And Mokuba worked on another glass.

"You can get food here, right?"

"Yeah. What do you want? We can order here and then go find a table so we can be more comfortable," he said as he leaned into Kafele some.

"Something tasty." Kafele smiled. "Pick me something you like."

"I don't usually eat much at a bar...but I guess, I dunno, fries or cheese sticks? I'm not sure how much that's considered food, but it's hard to mess them up."

"Okay. Both!"

"Someone sure is hungry." Mokuba put in and order for the fries and cheese sticks, as well as a couple more drinks. He grabbed the drinks he did have, though, and pointed out an empty table they could move to.

They moved to the table, and Kafele slid in next to Mokuba.

Mokuba made sure to scoot his chair right next to Kafele's until they were as close as they could be. He took a drink before putting an arm around him. "You look so damn good right now. I think your new body is really....really good."

"I can't wait to use it. I mean, there's got to be so many things I could go do now! I can go dancing, and go to school, and we can do boyfriend stuff again, and... what else should I do?"

"Shop! Fuck school, just shop ever day."

"Yeah, and unless things have changed while I was in Mahaado's head, that stuff still costs money that I don't have."

"Can't you just magic money?"

"Nope. And even if one of us could, making fake money is wrong."

"I'd need real money. But where do you get that?"

"It's not all that wrong," Mokuba muttered before taking another drink. "Well, I guess you have to get a job to get money if you want it to be legal."

"Like work at Mahaado's shop?"

"Or do something fun." Just then the food came over in two big baskets. It looked so unhealthy...and kind of appealing. Mokuba grabbed a fry.

So did Kafele. He sniffed it, testing out that sense. It seemed to work, but it was pretty heavily muted. He then tried to taste it. It was still somewhat muted, but not as much as the smell. He could still tell that it tasted good. He swallowed the fry, waited a few moments, and nothing bad happened. "I guess it's safe to eat."

"I would hope so 'cause I'm eating them. So you get to feel hungry and full with that body? Do you crave stuff, too? Like chocolate?"

"I don't really know yet. This is the first thing I've eaten in it." he answered, eating a few more fries. "I remember how much I like chocolate, and that makes me want it. Does that count?"

Mokuba shrugged. "I guess, yeah. Do you remember how much you like me and that makes you want me?"

"Oh yes." Kafele replied eagerly, with a fry hanging out of his mouth. "Now tell me, what kind of job do you think I'd look good doing?"

"Stripping," Mokuba said before bursting out laughing.

"But I thought you wanted me to put more of your clothes on."

"Well, you gotta put them on to take them off."

"Anything else I'd be good at?"

"Let me see..." Mokuba leaned back and munched on a cheese stick as he thought. Not a clothing maker. Nothing with food because that just wouldn't do. Damn those pants fit him well. And that shirt, it was like it belonged on a... "Rockstar! That's what you look like!"

"Rock star?"

"Yeah! They're pretty damn cool, and sometimes they can have a pretty good style. And they make loads of money."

"That'd be perfect! What do they have to do?" Kafele munched on the cheesesticks.

"Sing and jump around on stage and look hot."

"I bet I could do that. I've never tried singing before, but I can do the rest of the stuff."

"Even if you can't sing they can make your voice sound good in the recordings or something."

"Awesome! I'm so gonna try to do that, then. And then I can buy more of your clothes!" he finished off the rest of the french fries.

Mokuba finished off another drink. "Kay. You can only take them off for me."

And he finished off the cheesesticks too. "This is gonna be so cool."

"Do I get a front row ticket to your concert Mr. Rockstar?"

"And everywhere else rock stars let people go."

"And you can buy me stuff." Mokuba hoped it would be expensive stuff 'cause it wasn't often he got that unless he bought it himself.

"Okay. But you have to buy me stuff until I actually get to be a rock star."

"Fine, okay, I can buy some stuff." Mokuba finished off his other glass. Wow he was feeling really, really good. "You could ask Mahaado for money."

"Like more cheesesticks?"

"I can do that. I need more drinks anyway." He tapped his empty glasses. "You sure you don't want one? They're super good and have a lot of alcohol in them."

"... I don't know..." Though, Kafele was starting to wonder. He'd eaten food, and he was still okay. Everything was still working the way it was supposed to.

"C'mon. It's fun when we're both tipsy-ish."

"... oh... Okay... but just one."

Mokuba jumped up, and after the room stopped spinning stumbled up to the bar to place another order. He came back with three drinks and a promise that the bartender said the fries would be there soon. "Here. It's a simple drink for you."

Kafele sniffed the glass. He made a note to ask Mahaado to make his sense of smell better. "After this, can we go back to your place and try out a few more senses?"

"Sure," he slurred. Mokuba could barely take a drink when some more fries came out, and he dug in. "I told all my workers to leave so we'll have the place all to ourselves."

Kafele ate some more of the fries, and then tried some of his drink. "I still don't know how Mahaado can drink this kind of stuff."

"'Cause it's good. You get used to it."

Kafele drank some more of it, and then sat his glass down. "Mokuba, I don't think this is good... You're fuzzy."

"So are you. Isn't it great?" Mokuba reached out and touched Kafele.

"No, I mean you're fuzzy. Your ka is fuzzy, your aura's fuzzy. And I'm trying to stand up and it isn't working right."

"You're such a lightweight...I kinda like it. I'm just a teeny tiny itty bitty bit drunk. Like not really drunk, just a little something. Yeah."

"No. This isn't that. This is... it's just not working right. If I lose any more control, I might not even be able to talk right in here. Can we just go back to your place now before that happens, please?"

Mokuba nodded and quickly finished off the glass he had been working on. He hated to leave the other full one behind, but he didn't want Kafele to not be able to walk and have sex. "We just gotta walk to the car, kay? I'll text my driver that he has to head back to the car too."

"It's weird... I feel energy from the food, like right away, and this hit me right away too." Kafele tried to stand up, but barely got out of the chair. "Give me a hand, okay?"

Mokuba stood up and steaded himself before reaching down to help Kafele up. "You can put your hands anywhere and I'll help you walk."

He put an arm around Mokuba's shoulder, and leaned on him. And he did need the help, badly. "I am never drinking in this body again. I swear."

"Next time you can only drink at home. I got lotsa stuff there."

"Not even there, Mokuba. All my spells'r commin' out fuzzy. And spells'r how I make this body do'stuff." They headed for the door.,

Mokuba stumbled and nearly fell, but luckily for Kafele he caught himself. "Whoopsie, hehehe. As long as we can still have lotsa sex."

"mm'gonna try, kay?" his words were slurred, and some thoughts weren't even making it to words. "I'might have'ta pop outta here until it fixes, though."

"Now? You can't leave me know," Mokuba said as he led them down the sidewalk (and sometimes the street) in the curviest straight line ever.

Which of course, caught the attention of a certain cop who happened to be patrolling that area.

"Sorry... I can't... I cn't hold it in here..." Kafele mouthed, and his ka popped out of the body. Of course, it fell completely limp.

And that didn't help Mokuba, who fell over onto the body.
Omega19x (7:59:09 PM): "Okay kids, that's quite enough of that." the police officer put his hand on Mokuba's shoulder. "There are laws against public intoxication and underage drinking in this city."

Mokuba shrugged his shoulder. "I'm not drinking..."

The officer recognized him. "That's what you said the last time I caught you out here, Kaiba. Still haven't learned your lesson? It looks like you and your friend need a little trip downtown."

"I've never been here before, I swear. I was just passing through." Mokuba tried to pull Kafele's body up, but ended up falling again in the process.

He pulled on Mokuba's wrist, and snapped a handcuff on it.

Mokuba looked up at him, surprised. "Lemme go!"

"You're under arrest for public intoxication, and intoxication as a minor." he cuffed the other wrist. "And so is your buddy."

"But I'm Mokuba Kaiba! I'm not supposed to be arrested!"

The officer went to cuff Kafele, when suddenly he realized something... the boy wasn't breathing and he didn't have a pulse. "... Oh God..."

Meanwhile, a disembodied spirit muttered 'oh shit.' even if no one could hear him.

Mokuba nodded. "Uh huh, I really am Mokuba, so you gotta unarrest me."

The officer pushed him into the car. "Mokuba Kaiba, You are now also under the arrest for the murder of... whoever this guy is."

"WHAT?!"

Kafele tried to get back in the body, but even when he did, nothing happened. All his spells were completely useless. 'I've got to get Mahaado! He'll know what to do. Mokuba, I'm sorry!!'

He didn't know if Mokuba could hear him or not, but he knew he had to go find Mahaado. He could fix whatever happened to the body, and then Mokuba couldn't be in trouble, because he wouldn't be dead, right?

"He just hadta leave the body for a little bit 'cause he doesn't really drink 'cause he was not really alive before, but he'll be right back," Mokuba tried explaining.

"Your friend's dead, Kaiba. And you're drunk." the officer repeated. He couldn't find any ID on Kafele, or anything that gave any idea who he even was. "And when you sober up, you're going to have quite a lot of questions to answer."

"Can't I go home to go to sleep? Please?"

He closed the car door. Mokuba Kaiba was on his way to jail.

"What if I have sex with you? Can I go home then?" Mokuba yelled out to him.

The officer did his best to ignore that as he called for backup on the other body. This was going to be a long day.
