And it was weird and getting weirder and then there was a scene where everything was explained in a rational way.
AND THEN DREW BARRYMORE TURNED INTO A GIANT WRITHING WORM BEFORE SPLITTING INTO TWO SKELETAL, GOOEY, SKINLESS, BOO-HAG STYLE WOMEN. AND THEN SHE THREW A GUY THROUGH A STAINGLASS WINDOW AND HE GOT IMPALED ON A SPIKEY FENCE.
WHAT THE FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK?!?!?
As Lucas put it: "Remember five minutes ago, when everything made logical sense?"
To which I must respond: "I CAN'T REMEMBER WHEN ANYTHING MADE SENSE. WHAT IS REAL LIFE?!?"
Jesus H. Christ, what was that movie? Clive Barker's films are just as insane and FAR more coherent. This calls for turnabout: I'm making them watch Lord of Illusions on Wednesday.
