In much less yay-inducing news, there's been another shooting at Virginia Tech. Two have been confirmed dead so far, one a campus police officer. The suspect has not been apprehended, and shots are still being fired, according to the news I've managed to track down.
It's a fucking sad commentary on the state of the American news that I heard about this through TUMBLR before I saw it pop up anywhere else. This is like Libya all over again; it's a sad thing when Tumblr and Twitter are more reliable news sources than anything else in this country. Way to fail, American news. Way. To. Fail.
