Haven't written any more since Sunday. Ridiculously behind again. Staring to feel I won't win this one, guys. Worried. Tired. Still in a ridiculous amount of pain. Sleeping at home tonight because I need sleep far too badly and there's no work tomorrow. Should write all day but will be forced to do family things.
On the plus side, I finally have Gift of the Night Fury. I'm going to go and watch that now, sob for a while over its perfection, and then crash until morning. Will try to get shit done tomorrow and another section posted. I've got everything planned, I'm excited about it, I think it'll go well. But it's just sitting down and getting it done, you know?
Oh, and I gave in to my impulse (again, as per usual) and am now at "The Council of Elrond" in my LOTR re-read. Fuck me but this time around I'm having every feeling under the sun at the same time. I don't remember enjoying these books half so much the first time I read them. Greatly looking forward to doing my Extended Editions rewatch in December.
(Also: to everyone who wants to see me this weekend -- namely Alice, Aaron, Jason, Molly -- I am going to try my hardest to make time for y'all. But I have work Friday until 9. And on Saturday. And serious writing to do if I'm to catch up in time. Also, it's getting harder and harder to walk or even stand for long periods of time. So... We'll see.
