I would say... the carnival, with Alberto and the Boo Hag. I really love that part and I think it's incredibly well done and it can stand on its own, I think.
My bet would be Robbie and Danny in the graveyard (possibly with the whole seeing-him-as-ghost-for-the-first time thing in there, too, because that was just amazing). The scene of him seeing all the ghosts and them coming to tell him how they'd died and why they were still around was just creepy and heartbreaking and fantastic.
