I'm fast finding that the weekends are the only real time to enjoy my house. Yesterday, Jessica and I didn't do anything, we just sat around the house and played some Animal Crossing (Jessica loves it), then I played some MGS: The Twin Snakes mainly because I was too lazy to plug in the ol PS2. We did pretty much nothing for the entire day, and I LIKED it. During the week I'm working full time and usually doing something in the evenings, so BOY does it feel nice to just sit and enjoy the day (and some video games).
In other news, I'm finding that I really enjoy my laptop. I'm not really missing my big old tower PC, which is suprising. I can use this thing anywhere. Sure, it can't play 3D PC games, but I'm enjoying my consoles once again so it really doesn't matter. Jessica is currently crashed on the couch, and I'm in the bedroom typing away without bothering her.
School starts in a month, which is cool and depressing all at the same time. This is my final year, which is great, but this means I'll also be working when I'm not in class, which isn't as fun. I can't wait until I'm done with school. Le Sigh.
Now I'm off to prepare for a BBQ that nobody is going to show up for! Thats what you get for holding off on planning.
