CSS Shenanigans

Well, I had to dick around with live journals CSS for a while, but i have managed to change this page so it takes up more than 5% of the screen. Yay me.

For those interested, live journal uses a bunch of different external style-sheets to create the pages you read.

http://stat.livejournal.com/esn.css
http://stat.livejournal.com/contextualhover.css
http://stat.livejournal.com/controlstrip.css
http://stat.livejournal.com/controlstrip-dark.css
http://stat.livejournal.com/controlstrip-dark-local.css
http://stat.livejournal.com/controlstrip-local.css
http://stat.livejournal.com/sixhtml/themes/common/base-weblog.css (optional style-sheet)
http://stat.livejournal.com/sixhtml/themes/classic/theme-earth.css (Your theme style-sheet)
http://stat.livejournal.com/sixhtml/ljextras.css

And an additional one which contains user defined styles.

If you want to change the look of your theme quickly and easily, you want to grab whatever layout you are using in the theme style-sheet (In my case it was found under the comment /* two-column-right tweaks */), and copy that data into your own user defined CSS file.

You can then overwrite that data and customize your page easily.
