Strep: gone
Thrush: gone
Mastitis: gone
Sleep: GONE
WHY DOESN'T BABBY SLEEP
In frustration we babyproofed the nursery/office against a crawler and put the crib mattress on the ground. My back was killing me constantly putting her down and picking her up until I would give in around 4am or so and cosleep in the guest bed. So now I nurse Penny on her mattress on the floor and roll away when she's asleep. She's still wakeful, but it helps. Of course she was up early this morning because she would roll off the mattress and be confused...sigh.
Some days I think I must be CRAZY to want another one of these, then she grins and laughs at me and I understand again.
Also, thank you Beardo's birthday and Father's Day, I'm up a couple pounds. Another hit July 4th, but then I get a nice long no-excuses break until Penny's birthday in September. I am so not hitting my goal, dammit.
