My mommy arrives tomorrow for an almost-week-long visit. Yay!
In related news, I have cleaned the fuck out of the house and reorganized the spice/cooking stuff cabinet. It's been a mess for years, but we bought a bunch of OXO containers and glass spice jars and I made my own decorative labels and glued them on so now it's all pretty-lala. My time in Disneyland's leather shop (RAWR) helped my fancy penmanship (handwriting names on leather bracelets with a grinding drill thing) and then I did a cute little simple picture of whatever the spice/herb in the jar was or its source plant. Yes, I am inordinately proud, since I am a lazy git.
