1. Venison -- delicious as jerky, nothing to write home about as a sliced delicacy.
2. Nettle tea
3. Huevos rancheros -- not every weekend, but once in a while, they are heaven. NO PICO DE GALLO! That's not salsa, damnit!
4. Steak tartare -- don't like my meat this bloody.
5. Crocodile -- I would try it. Why not, right?
6. Black pudding -- hell fuck no.
7. Cheese fondue -- delicious. And fattening.
