&since I'm talking about clothes, has anyone else noticed people around them sort of toning down how they look a little? I've noticed a lot of people stop looking so goth/punk/indie or whatever, &more like individuals. Which is great, of course, I was just wondering if anyone else had noticed it.
I dunno, it's mainly people in their late teens/early-mid twenties who are doing this; it seems like we all need to fit into any kind of clique a lot less. Obviously there are some people who I think are into a certain scene like goth or punk or whatever because that's where they're most comfortable &it's a lifestyle they like most, but some, I dunno, it seems like they've got something to prove, like "I'm more goth/punk than you".
That sounded a lot better in my head. Oh well, you get the jist anyway.
