It was astounding; I am going to blog about it and share my many feelings, but not right now, because apparently we're going to bed early.
Someone on Rotten Tomateos decribed it as "like watching rats fight in a gorgeously lit bucket," and while I feel that this does a disservice to the film's depth, symbolism, and masterfully parsed down, minimalist dialogue script, it, uh, is pretty accurate otherwise. It is arthaus and violent; you have been warning. It's also fucking brilliant.
