roommate??
my roommate is moving to L.A. at the end of august, so I once again am on the lookout for a replacement. the apartment is two stories, two bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, cute kitchen, spacious living room, and garage space. there's a great 10ft pool (so the kids stay on the shallow end) and a gym. its just south of Buckhead within walking distance of R.Thomas...which is why i initially moved here. there's a marta bus stop at the entrance to the complex that runs up and down Peachtree and by the art center train station. rent is 500 a month each...but its well worth it. the leasing office is great and so are the neighbors...i kinda don't have any on one side right now...so yay!! its a safe area. since i've been here the worst thing that's happened is there was a streaker and the office left notes in all our mailboxes notifying us of the wrongdoing! anyway let me know if you are interested or know anyone. my lease is up at the end of the year but i'd like to renew and if ya dig the joint you can too!
