The journey of Alex, Faye, and Sarah on their quest to see Dir en grey.

Less blog, more photos XD.  I think i'm going to post more then one entry of photos.

We took a pass through the Colorado mountains.  Faye drove through the snowy mountains while I was asleep, but she was terrified the whole time.  Hahah poor Faye.

Little sleep and no shower does everyone good.  XD

Sometime between Colorado and Utah I think.  I love landscapes.  I'd probably go crazy if I actually had to live in such an empty place, but just visiting I could spend hours just wandering and staring off into the distance.

Faye is on top of the world.

I love this photo.

Arizona I think.  You can kind of see the mountains off in the distance.

Driving into California.  YAY!!!  California it has been too long.  *kisses the sand*  OK, not really.
The next day we drive to the airport to pick up sarah who flew from San Antonio, Texas.

Sarah waits for us to pick her up because we are stuck in traffic and show up half hour later.
Hello Sarah!  "How was your flight?"

This is Los Angelos Internation Airport.  Sarah is a tourist.  After we pick up Sarah we decide to drive to the beach.

Here is our first peek at the ocean since we arrived.  Faye shouts, "OMGD THE OCEAN!!"  Alex stops the car for photos while other drivers honk their horns.  Gotta love LA drivers!  They express their love for you by honking their horns.  They must really love us alot!!!  "Its ok we're from Minnesota, dontcha know!?""
After driving around really confused we find a place to park.

Ah, Mannhattan (sorry I dont know how to spell) Beach!  Oh, please watch out for the tar and broken glass!

Awe, look at Sarah frolic on the beach!

Alex and Faye love the beach too, but the water is cooooold!  So Faye, Sarah and Alex set off on their trek across the beach to find, cool shells, dead birds, broken glass, and surfer dudes!!  YAy.

And these are sea shells which are rare and not found in corn fields up north, nor are they found in Texas Mexican huts.  Not unless they immigrated illegaly!  (j/k, and yes i'm already going to hell)
Don't worry I wont post photos of broken glass and dead birds!  Oh your lucky...but wait what about the dead rat??  XP

Check it out man.  Real Surfers!  Also rare and not found in corn fields or Texas huts.

Cause we are obsessed, DUH!  XD  Have some religion.

Hermit Crab.  I wonder if I can eat it?  J/k

Its cool.

Huh?  John Deer?  Go back to your corn field biatch!

Its like a postcard!!  Sarah took this photo.  Good job!  A+++++  Bid with confidence!

Sausage n' Saurkraut with the best french fries ever!  I want to eat this photo.

Faye watches to save drowning victims.
So after about a mile long walk across hot sand...its time to head back to the hotel.

Kaiser Permanente!  I was born in one, only in SanDiego, not Los Angelos.

Well..I am tired so this concludes the adventures of day one.  See you tomorrow.
