I've been getting 8 hours of sleep a night, but I don't think I'm fully resting. I get so tired after being aware for 7-9 hours and just want a nap, and I keep waking up at weird hours in the morning every time. I suppose I'm not used to a 11pm-8am sleep schedule and my body just keeps rebelling. Baww.
