oct 16 - experience us

newsflash! : it's snowing! and that totally sucks! seriously. go away snow! go!

....
so yesterday was the much awaited experience us, where high school seniors like myself go and tour around university to see what kind of deep shit we'll be getting ourselves into next year.

I have to say, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, aside from of course the overly dumb kids that seem to be everywhere these days, especially at high school functions. Fortunately I had calculated for that in my planning for the worst and was not overly appauled.

most gratifying part of not sleeping in on a friday off = college boys. of course. one in perticular was catching the eyes of all us happenin Bowman chicks in perticular. Christina as well when I told her.

Overall I would say it was worth it, especially since I'm planning on attending that University next year. At least now I have somewhat of a clue and won't feel so totally stupid in those first crucial days. Now all I need to do is apply for some scholarships to keep my mum happy and I'll be set. Apart from keeping my marks up enough to get accepted of course. Being an Greystone Scholar in gr.11 and then getting bumped to the bottom because of low grades in gr.12 would really suck.

I'm supposed to go over to bobby's tomorrow morning before I settle into my homework so I hope it doesn't snow too much. I don't think it would be that slippery but still... snow + car = stress and is just asking for trouble if you happen to be me...

I hate living here. the weather sucks. really sucks.
