[The phone turns on to Tank's voice. Only thing is, he doesn't sound so loud and commanding. If anything he sounds rather mellow and calm. Or at least much more calmer than he usually is.]
Hey neighbors! It's such a nice day out ain't it? I feel like we could start slapping steaks on the barbecue again soon.

[If anybody was walking past Dempsey's house they would notice a very peculiar scene. Namely Tank is whistling happily as he uses a small push mower to mow his lawn. There is absolutely no grumbling coming from him about how he should make a group of kids do his yard work. Or about how he needs to get a power mower. In fact he looks rather happy as he did his work.]
