Nightmares
For most of my adult life, and especially over the past few months, I have had horrific reoccurring nightmares. They involve guns, shootings, and me trying to escape.
The locations and the people involved are always different - the gunmen are always different and my part in the story is different as well.
Last night was really bad. I can't remember most of it now, but I remember running around in a brown house, trying to find a corner to hide in, while "they" hunted me.
*Oh, I ALWAYS wake up right as I am about to be killed (i.e. staring into the barrel of a gun)
I wonder why I have these...
