http://yesihavea.ws/Conan_Saber.mov , some random Conan for yaz, courtesy Shawn's profile. haha. Neways, got to study some chemistry, have a quiz on Friday and I need to start out good, otherwise it is High School all over again (My pattern for most hard classes would be to start out with a 87-90 average and end up with a 93-95 average somehow). Needless to say that is rather nerveracking to always know that one HAS to do good to get the grade. Uhm, yesterday was my long day, but E101 let out like 20 minutes early and our chemistry teacher wasn't there so we got let out 30 minutes early there. One of the TAs said, "we have another worksheet for everybody, but we can just say we didn't get to it," everyone in the room applauded hah. Had lunch with Laura, met her in the Scholars forum thingy, she's cool. Ate supper, then went to Shawn's to play some pool. I was gonna go up to the cefeteria and sit with him while he ate then just walk down to the pool tables. NOPE, they wouldn't let me in just to sit with him because I don't stay at UT...I reckon thats some bullshit. So I watched some TV in his room while he ate, then played a couple games of pool, then I had to go to Bragaw to play poker with my facebook poker group. My 2nd appearance, my 2nd first place finish! Won 28 dollars this time, only 10 people played opposed to the 16ish we had last time. It was fun, took me forever before I started catching hands, but they eventually came. My favorite hand was when 3 people called on my big blind, I look at 8-3 and check. Flop comes K-3-J. Every1 checks, turn comes an 8. I raise some, get a call. I raise some more on the river (biig bet) and get called cuz he had kings, the old 8-3 folks, lol. I proceeded to catch pocket queens, kings, aces, and 6s. All of those hands got me alot of chips, other than that I didn't really play many hands at all. Had English this morning, walked some with Kristen, she's really cool, we may do dinner tonight that would be fun! Alright I'm gonna go read some chemistry then stuff then class at 4:30-6:30. Peace!
