Back in Portland now. Have some numbers: I was awake for over thirty hours (after very minimal amounts of sleep for the three nights previous), we drove for about twelve hours (hard to tell, we stopped a few times for food and bathrooms and running around in the dark like lunatics and napping at rest stops), after which I slept for EIGHTEEN HOURS

Yes, I did breathe, but that is only because I am not capable of holding my breath for five hours (that is, approximately, how long it took me to write that thing).

The show was SO AWESOME and I am sad that you were unable to enjoy it with us. :( I hope you are able to have a fantastic Patrick experience of your own one day.
