I should maybe not read fanfic just before I pass out? ...*snort* Yeahright.

Ohmigod, fandom dreams. I'll try to get down as much of it as I can... a lot of the details are vague or have gone away entirely.

Okay, so. Chin Ho Kelly. He goes to visit Kono at her home. (She's converted the area under the bleachers of some sports stadium into this fancy house. *shrug*) And Kono and Chin have this... thing going on ( Read more... )

Heh, I don't even think this is one of my most interesting dreams ever, it just stuck out because of, yeah, the fandom thing. That doesn't happen to me too terribly often, to my great disappointment.

lol I had a dream once in which Matt turned out to be Dick Grayson. - Nice! This is the second time I've dreamed about Matt Bomer. Hopefully not the last~! ...Huh, I had an unrequited crush on him the last time, too....

There are better bands and I've had better concerts, but yeah, I like them and it was a good time. Concerts have become an addiction for me... I'm going to miss seeing all of my favorite obscure indie bands in tiny little venues when I move back to Hawaii. Hardly anyone I care about tours there. ;_;

Which Bright Eyes song have you heard?

MATT BOMER IS RIDICULOUS, I AM NOT SURE HE IS ACTUALLY REAL.

Haha, okay, if you hadn't heard "First Day of My Life" I was going to link you to the video, because yeah... cutest song ever, cutest video ever, it is full of warm squishy happiness and love. ...It seemed like something you might appreciate, based solely on your habit for writing TimKon fluff. ^_^ The song is kind of perfect for OTPs.

The song is actually kind of unusual for Bright Eyes, actually. They have some very lovely songs, but fluffy romance happens rarely. Conor Oberst tends more towards political/religious issues and being the emoest emo that ever emo'd. *shakes head fondly, ruffles Conor's ridiculous hair* But some of their stuff is damn catchy, and he's wonderful with lyrics.

I've seen people compare Conor Oberst to Bob Dylan, and while I'm not sure that's a 100% accurate comparison, I can kind of see where they're going with it.

And, well, since we're on the subject, here: "At The Bottom Of Everything". This was the first Bright Eyes song and video I was ever exposed to, and it's one of their more popular songs. It is the happiest song about a plane crash you will ever hear. ...Well, it's sort of about a plane crash, and sort of not about a plane crash at all.
