I decided to make cookies today in an effort to avoid my homework. I decided to get a mix because it would be faster. I picked up a Ghirardelli one...because, Ghirardelli, right? Right. And I looked on the instructions because we are at 6000 feet here: No Adjustments necessary, you say? Great. So I follow the instructions to a T...I take the cookies out of the oven and they are like WAFERS. The chocolate chips seriously look like mountains in these things. I even took pictures because they are so ridiculous looking.
I am done, done, done, with cooking from mixes. My cookies are better from scratch anyway.
