Rock, Paper...Cookies?
Three important things happened yesterday.
One, I read a fantastic article by Dave Eggers on why Kings of Leon rock so hard. It can be found here. Even if you don't like Kings of Leon, you should read the article because Eggers says a lot about music and why he listens to certain bands. His reasons are similar to my own. I loved the ideas in the article so much that I drove Michael crazy talking about it. And even if you don't like the rest of the article, the last sentence is wonderful.
Two, the Illiterati (magazine) is closer to being done. Hooray!
Three, I found a recipe for Thin Mints. Yes, the Girl Scout cookies. The only problem is that it makes 108 cookies. Can I eat 108 Thin Mints? Of course. But should I? Probably not. My question is, would anyone help me make/eat all those cookies? Anyone?
