Some thoughts...
On being 24-and-a-half and still living in the neighbourhood you grew up in:
1) Lots of things seem smaller now then they were when I was a kid. Well, except those 2 loooong flights of stairs in the park. Man, there are a lot of them!
2) Some of the kids I used to babysit are now in High School. Wierd...
3) Kids I have taught and now pass on the street say, "Hi, Ms. L"? Ms. L? Isn't that my Mom? No, It's me!!
Less than 4 month's 'til I'm a quarter-of-a-century old. When I mentioned this to my younger sister she said, "yeah, soon you'll be more than 1/2 way to 50!"
