Mulligan for S6?
look, I'm not saying I hate S6, I'm just saying I don't LOVE it.
I feel like there's no overall direction. I was chatting with neros_violin who was telling me some spoilers she heard for some upcoming eps, and we were both like, hrmmm. wtf?
and so I said that I wanted a mulligan on S6 and I wanted a do over, with this as my plot
We have the same situation in heaven that we have in hell - NO LEADERSHIP.
Heaven is in disarray from realizing they'd been played for pansies by Zach and his team. Zach [who is still alive btw] has gone even more rogue and taken a bunch of peeps with him. He need a new bunch of lackeys since none of angels are biting anymore. so he goes to the supernaturals.
Who are also beeing wooed by Crowley who is setting himself up as the king of hell.
now, the supes aren't necessarily all evil.
nor are they all good.
in fact, many of them have gone on a free for all. with no fear of recrimination from hell OR heaven they are free to pursue as they wish.
Cue "Death" who brings Sam back because he can't handle the volume of things dying from the crazy ass acts of all these people running around.
It's turf warfare. Like a communist country has crumbled and puppet governments are all set up all over the place. Heaven is 'America' trying to scoop up as many rebel factions and set them up as puppet dictators. Hell's also like 'America' trying to do the exact same thing. Death is Switzerland only like if Switzerland did something and had really kick ass weapons. he doesn't give a SHIT who wins, but someone's got to because the bodies are STACKING up. He can't be in charge. he has NO INTEREST in being in charge and frankly is too busy. But someone needs to be in charge.
he pulls Adam out too. sends him off to heaven on his merry way [or he doesn't - I can do this season both with and without Adam.]
Cas was NOT angeled back up and is still struggling with the fall out of his decisions. More desire to do what's 'right' but less power to do it.
Bobby never got his legs back and his soul is still in hock to Crowley.
