hokay, so, basically, basketball was pretty damn difficult. yikes! we ran on the beachin the dry sand for an hour and a half...doing sprints, lunges, whatever...then gym workout and line rills....then lifted weights! woo hoo! so now im exhausted...and yea thats it. hi bye.
