Today was my first day at Sozo Pivotal and I loved it! I have my own desk and materials and everything there is so IKEAesque. My Boses and I get along so well. We shared entertaining repartees with one another yet managed to get a lot of work done. I had a lot of secretarail duties today. But once all there information is transferred to the computer the jobs will get more interesting. The job was pretty mundane today, just uploading all their projects and tasks to the computers, calling clients, confirming and setting up meetings, categorizing and updating client contact information, you get my drift.
Then they gave me an hour lunch break and Autumn and I met at our usual hot spot -Leo's- for the usual entrees. Except she surprised me today... no saganaki! However I got enough "Opa" from work today so I guess it wasn't too crucial. I made $54 today which is really sweet. I go back to work Friday and I'm really excited because I get a brand new project to do! Yay!
So after work, Jocelyn picked me up and we hung out for a bit! Then we picked up Allyse and went to see "The Devil Wears Prada". It was just okay. Very cute but nothing to scream about. I adored the fashion aspect of the movie though. Every outfit they wore was absolutely fabulous! I however don't reccomend the movie. Honestly, it was kinda tright. But that's just my opinnion. Hanging out with Jocelyn and Allyse was really fun though. And dancing to the Pussycat Dolls. Quote of the day: "She smells like hippie". ;)
So I don't know what to do with myself tomorrow. My room is cleaned and organized. Maybe I'll wash - eventhough all my clothes are clean. I'm stuck at home until my Mom gets off work and then I have my Trigonometry class at OCC from 6-9pm. I did not think this through. I feel so busy and it's only the first day of this hectic schedule. I'm pretty nervous about class though. I mean there's gonna be all these adults and I'm kinda intimidated. Plus the class is gonna move so fast, I just hope I can keep up.
Well, overall today went extremely well. My first day on the job was actually a good experience and I am officially a working girl. So Lookout world because I have arrived!
