Only got 4.5km in this time. ran 3.5km about a km at a time, and walked the rest in between. Did manage to do situps. No breathing issues, but my entire body felt achy and horrible so walking between every km I ran was a combination of feeling like crap and not wanting to push too hard.

Woke up this morning with a slight sore throat. Have been feeling generally blah for a day or two now, and was super achy when I tried to work out yesterday. My coworkers are both sick. This leads me to believe that if I don't want to get sick I'd better be nice to myself this weekend - which unfortunately means no getting up at 6am and spending all day on a cold wet boat going shark diving. Meh. But, I refuse to get sick just before my big vacation - I would rather miss out on a weekend of fun in Cape Town by myself than be fussy and mipey for a 3.5 week trips with friends!  Dang it!  So... I plan to laze about like a true champion of all things lazy, when not doing work for the new boss(s). Have also booked a massage at the hotel spa Sunday. If I'm feeling cocky I may go in and use the gym an hour or so before the massage, but we'll see.

Work is topsy turvey. New client and new onsite boss as of last week. Suddenly asses are getting kicked and names are being taken - but I have 1 week left. eep! Really wish these guys had been here two months ago... ah well, I will do what I can in another week and send them on their way. Touch toenails peeps, I'm outa here!

In other news, the Aus vacation is all booked!  22 Nights. 2 friends. 15 in Sydney and Melbourne, booked entirely on points. 2 in Cairnes. 3 on a boat in the Great Barrier Reef. 2 in the Daintree rainforest. Now i just have to get on the plane... wOOt!!!
