Rockabilly...and all that jazz

Okay so Sunday, I went to All Mama's Children...5 rockabilly bands in 5 hrs. I missed part of the first band but they were good...Next was Rave On: A Tribute to Buddy Holly...very good and (oh e oh) He looked (just) like Buddy Holly (sorry couldn't resist) Then of course THE SHOUT!..Okay so it was fun..Michael sang a few songs that i didn't really know the lyrics to..then of course..The Devil Stole My Beer (but the people there didn't know that song except like four of us besides the band)then Michael came up to me and sang so love type song first in my ear then on one knee...(yeah I was as red faced as a fire engine...then came Full Blown Cherry...the guitarist climbed on the stand up bass and played then the bassist did the same...then the drummer stood up on his drum kit and played..it was cool...last but not least...The Rockats...all the way from across the pond played...they were awesome...It was so much fun...great way to end a weekend I must say...

now next weekend I'm going to see Land of the Dead so I should be having another amazing weekend...
