medical conditions; can't tell by looking!
When I was sitting in E.R. I didn't want this woman's help with the forms and stuff. She had 2 garbage cans for barf buckets, and looked like she had the WORST case of the stomach flu. Totally hellish.
Nope, migranes. (much of my flist cringed with that one)
I have vaso vagal syncope. But you can't tell by looking at me. Yeah, I have had personal trainer try to ignore my heart rate monitor. Aren't trainers supposed to push you to work harder?
Yeah, I have had to say to them "is your CPR up to date? Got a defibrillator in the club?"
Can you tell my husband has epilepsy? it's the migraines that are harder to live with.
Can you tell which one of my friends has anemia to the level where isn't not just she is cold all the time, like ICEY, but she has to get IV iron infusions? Yes, IV. Frankly with the kind of lab numbers she has, it's amazing she can move at all. And when one is BONE TIRED, your body will try food for energy.
So unless you have read someone's medical chart....
