1)Sugar! Kisses, candy and sweet things to eat. I've always had a severe sweet tooth and so this sintalating S word had to be part of the list.
2)Sex. There's only one thing that makes me feel as cheerufl as sweets and this would be it. Kinda obvious I know, but sex can make or break a relationship depending on who the sex is with and how everyone feels about it.
3)Survival. Sometimes this is the best of places to be, it keeps you focused on the important things and leaves little time for the bullshit and drama. On the otherhand, when you stay there too long its easy to get bitter and hurt...
4)Slinky. I used to have a slinky, I'd take taht thing everywhere with me! I took really good care of them and even had a collection ranging from tiny ones u to huge ones, metal and plastic alike. I miss my slinkies.
5)Sorry. The world needs to figure out how to really take this word seriously. Just because you say it doesn't make whatever the wrong was ok again. It should only be used when really meant, otherwise you just prove yourself a liar.
6)Sunshine! Such beautiful memories! Lazy days and family outings. The kick bback and relax of beaches and picnics. Camping trips and bonfires... the best times of my life.
7)Stars They tell us things and move and change and live and die. Beauty locked beyond our reach, un-taintable, simply moving and flowing. Beauty in life and in death. I love the stars. The best star memory: Kathmandu, Nepal during the dark hour of quarter of the city. (Nepal didn't produce enough energy to light the whole city all the time so the districts each had a Dark Hour and during that time the stars were almost touchable from the rooftop where I danced.)
8)Storms. The come during the day and night. I love night time storms. In my parent's midwest house the storms came and rattled the windows. The lightning struck close and the thunder shook the pit of your stomach. It was Amasing. Sitting with coffee in the bay window and watching the storm roll by.
9)Smiles. They are as universal and fdifferent as eah face that wears them. They can say everything from hope to celebrate to be brave. The world needs to remember how to do this more. Walk down a street, smile at those that you meet, you don't even have to say anything and most times you will get a smile in return.
10)Sweethearts And I really don't mean the candy. There's something magical about the look on soemone's face as they walk hand in hand with their lover and sweetheart. It is truly a beautiful thing to watch and so moving to experience!
