HOW IT WORKS
1) Post a thread with your character!
2) To respond, go to The Bureau of Communication.
3) Pick a form.
4) Fill out that form.
5) Click "send via email", but do not send it.
6) Right-click/copy image, paste that image in paint/photoshop/open in a new tab to save it if you have to.
7) Upload it to imgur or any other image hosting sight, and post the image in a response!
BONUS LOLS!! Respond with another form! Create a chain!
