[ Arthur lingers at the buffet, eying the food nervously. Truly, he'd like to try some of it, and normally he wouldn't be shy about piling his plate high. But it's been a strange week, a very strange week. Perhaps he'll wait until he sees someone else helping themselves before digging in - he wouldn't want to be the one to mar this immaculate presentation, after all. ]

[ Caroline spots Arthur and comes to stand beside him. She's been affected by a few of the foods over the last few days. And she's not too happy to have a feast when she sees this table. ]

I don't trust it.

[ But there is meat, and some sort of tart with cream, and... just one apple couldn't hurt, surely? Arthur's hungry. ]

[ If anyone likes mundane hayrides it was this guy!! Or anything mundane anyway. But... there is just one small problem as he looks in the direction of the wagons.

[ He outright jerks, whipping himself around to set his eyes upon--- oh. Just someone he hasn't met yet aha did he really look so odd???

Nervously he shuts his eyes, issuing the other with a awkward sort of smile. ]

[ He opens his eyes again, looking past Homare in the direction of the wagons again. ]

I wish I could ride on one of those... it looks fun but... Heh.

[ get a little cozy around some campfires and listen to folklore told by the natives or start telling your own stories. fantastic adventures from back home? legends? ghost stories? whatever tickles your fancy! there's marshmallows to be roasted and s'mores to be made. ]

[Right now, Lion is just sitting and listening to whatever stories are being told right now. But he'll be willing to talk to anyone who comes up to him.]

[ gwen isn't actually bobbing for apples, just watching the people who are. she hasn't quite made up her mind whether or not she wants to partake of this activity just yet. ]

I haven't quite decided if it's what I'd call my type of fun yet.

[ What kind of autumn harvest festival is this without a cornfield maze? It's a pretty big maze with twists and turns everywhere, surely to test your keen senses of direction among the tall corn. Have fun traversing through the lush labyrinth with a friend or bump into one as you look for a way out! Lots of dead ends and wrong turns to provide you all the frustration, or to spend some private time relatively undisturbed. ]

Oooh I've heard of these things but I never thought I'd have a chance to go in one! [ Chie's practically bouncing - despite the weird couple of days she's had, overall she feels pretty good. This festival is more to celebrate the end of the strange drugged food than anything else for her, but the presence of the mythical Western cornfield maze has her suddenly reverting back to a slightly more childish, easily excitable state. ] Let's go in!

If-If you want to… 「 He isn't too keen on getting lost, himself, but at least cornfields aren't as daunting as, say, perilous jungles or anything like that. And he had to admit that it would be kind of fun. 」
