Unfortunately, everyone gets a tattoo when they first show up. [ hm... ] And don't get your hopes up, either. These gods definitely aren't polite at all.
[A glance to that... little black box thing now. Alice cocks a brow up at it before she plucks it up and gives the video it's playing a once over, all before she ever speaks.]
What a strange habit then. Do they just enjoy passing out tattoos to the unconscious? Strange habits, though not quite as strange as some.
Believe me, I have no hopes of politeness. I'm rather used to rude people by now, there is no question in that.
[Alright, so more people talking on this thing. She doesn't jump to the conclusion that they are in the box, though who is she to discredit that much.]
Of course they don't. Those who are rude and without manners rarely ever care that they are. That shouldn't stop one from voicing as much, you know.
[She really ought to be preaching this to herself, in all honesty, but it's so much easier to tell other people things you yourself should be able to see.]
If you keep quietly and idly by while others use you, they will continue to do so
You got that right. And it doesn't look like a skin-deep tattoo, either...
Well, I for one plan on rattling the bars as much as I can until they either do what I want or... whatever the opposite would be. And the least they could've done would be to deliver the letter in person if they were gonna go to these lengths.
Precisely! Who uses the 'post' -- as it were -- to ask for such assistance! And particularly after they've already spirited you away from whatever task you were currently engaged in.
So the idea is to find them then and give them a sound boxing about the ears, is it? I do prefer action to inaction.
I don't know how I'm going to do it yet, but I'm doing something about it. I don't care who they want me to worship or how. It's not like I don't want to help, but they could've asked. Like, in one of those really vivid supernatural dreams or something, if not in person.
I have no problem with assisting others. Goodness knows I do enough of that business in Wonderland, if not so much in my normal life. [Or as normal as you can call her life anyhow.]
If they wish to ask, then I shall help. Until then, I haven't the slightest inclination to give in to people who use bullying tactics.
[What can Alice do but curtsey. She was brought up proper, you know.]
How do you do? I don't suppose you might be prevailed upon to inform a poor traveler what is going on in such foreign lands? There isn't some riddle I must guess or some cause I must work out before the mysteries are cleared up, I hope.
Typically the riddle solves nothing, it merely convinces others to stop being belligerent and actually assist. Though I suppose, given this is obviously not my Wonderland, the lack of riddles makes much more sense.
I assume it has to do with the 'tenacity' mentioned within my letter, yes? And this 'help' is in the form of some sort of worship?

[ so annoyed by this... she tries to shake it off to give this girl a friendly look. ]
My name's Yukari Takeba. If you have any other questions about this place, I can try to answer them.

There are still a lot of things I don't know, but... I'm not sure solving a riddle will fix that.
You were brought here to help... sort of.
