We think we should be able to escape today - it looks like the Worcester to Bristol line is open (all the other lines out of Worcester are closed: Oxford, Birmingham, Cardiff). It'll take a couple of hours, and they're running pretty sparsely, but we're hopeful. If we get the train and all goes well, we should be back into Cardiff at 6.45pm. It's a bit tight for Ben's game, but them's the breaks.
