Yes, the video is safe. The video is of one of the best scenes of the Clerks Animated TV show... and also happens to be the first scene of the series.

I think I have to go home and watch Dogma now. Sadly, it's the only thing of his I actually own :(

We've got most of his stuff, including his two "lecture" DVDs and one where he interviews Stan Lee about the 60s comics.
