Bend was fun and it involved the teepee, free beer, a funny brother & his funny friends, & comfy beds & clean rooms & lots of food.
The Decemberists are playing a show here at school, for free, if I read the sign correctly. Tonight Jaia and I went to this show at school featuring a band called Moist who rocked out and stuff. They covered the Libertines & the Beatles & also played their own songs which were pretty enjoyable. But before that we made ourselves dinner, well Jaia did most of the cooking, the only contribution I made was to pour in an entire can of what LOOKED like corn, because it had pictures of corn cobs on the can, but turned out to be HOMINY which wasn't cool in the least bit. We had to wash the dishes in two different kitchens because the first sink was so clogged that it was starting to overflow and mold was randomly floating up to the top of the sick water. Communal kitchens rule.
